Dr Kruella is the best GI DOCTOR!! I have recommended him to several people which have went to him! If he can inject my hemorrhoids in the office and me not feel it then I would say he is TOP NOTCH!! In other words THE BEST!! Thank you Doctor Kruella for all the excellent care you have given me!!
The PAC was great. The billing practices are out dated. After 8 calls with this office, the last was with the insurance on the phone telling them they would cover the procedure, the procedure was canceled. The office couldn't get past the fact my PCP name didn't match the referring physician. My insurance allows self-reffals. What a horrible practice.
Dr Ravi made me feel more comfortable because of his confidence from the very beginning. His knowledge and ability enabled him to complete the colonoscopy and throat procedures with no complications or side effects. He changed my medication after these procedures and got me on something that works without damaging long term effects. I sincerely recommend Dr Ravi if you have serious IBS issues like me.
The front office of Dr. Kurella charged me a $49 copay that should have been $0 for preventative care through Tricare. Do not trust the front office. They will do anything to overbill a patient.
The initial visit was fine but after that it was impossible to contact them. No one would answer or return any calls!
Just a note to rave about Jeanne Roder, the PA. She is so quick to reply through that portal and took care of my issue promptly and is so very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I highly recommend Dr. Kurella and his staff. Great experience every time!! Thank you for your service!!!!
