I have been trying to get my file number[s] as they have informed me there is more than one but I am told to call, wait on hold for 45 minutes, they will let me know one and then I am to hang up wait another 45 minutes to get another one until I have them all. There is no way to clear the debt if the collector is not allowing you to but will add more interest to stuff their pockets. No help. Horrible customer service.

The representative was very helpful. she noticed that I was trying not to cry when I was explaining my situation and was extremely empathetic and caring. My complaint is that I am not able to log into my online account to pay even though I have triple checked my information each time. The representative told me that there was a known problem of people trying and not being able to log in, but wasnt able to help me with that at that time. I do not like paying over the phone and I am much more likely to remeber to pay if I can ... read more

I'm still waiting, 3 weeks after I paid my debt, for the attorneys to even answer an email of inquiry from their phone representatives,vregarding status updates foe a letter of satisfaction. Extremely slow and the attorneys dont respond to the client, even after three weeks. This is ridiculous! P.S. customer service representatives were always kind and friendly. ** *******

Recently went to court over a debt owed. I took that court proceeding to mediation and it was agreed upon with the courts what I would pay and so I had previously made 2 payments they could not find, but somehow find after court. So I receive a letter that I don't have to pay the whole agreed amount just the amount missing and I can pay that online. So I did in March. Then I make the April payment online. Seems I'm not alone in my experience with this group. They placed a bank levy on my only bank account and went on spring break. I contacted my bank garnishment department which informed me I had to contact Rausch Strum, LLP to take care of the matter and settle the debt. I contacted them right away and was immediately told that my bank is wrong, and I need to talk to them. I paid my debt off in full in August of this year, I called after my paycheck was still being garnished and I was informed that it would take 45 days for the paperwork to be processed. It is now 78 days, almost double the time I was told it would take and my paycheck is being garnished. This is the worst collections company I have ever dealt with.
