I have called them NUMEROUS times to settle the debt outside of court. I have sent them many emails to no avail. I submitted my payment and yet they still will not respond to me. I think they just want to go to court and make things harder for people they are rude and horrible.

They are not truthful, they cannot be trusted saying that they received returned mail from me so they stopped my auto payments although they still had access to deduct the agreed upon amount from my account. Returned mail caused my payment plan to be stopped which I was unaware for two years. They sent mail to me at a vacant property and they had my bank to freeze my account causing me to have more financial issues They could have continued to take out the payments but now all of a sudden they want the entire balance that I ... read more

I would give no stars. This ******* crew is out to rob the people blind and doing it like the snakes they are. You can setup a payment plan, they will lie and garnish your wages. They will sue you with no knowledge of it to get a default judgment and then completely ruin your life from that point on. People like this end up on lists like CEOs of insurance companies. Good luck because the people are fighting back against corruption in all aspects.

High paid big attorneys fighting small individuals for money not even owed to them and therefore they dont have any details or proof or knowledge of the truth yet they bully you and sneak their way into default judgments and then sneak their way into freezing bank accounts then sinking the person and family they were bullying to get richer.
