I was served summons papers on 10/3 by . Case was filed on 10/2 . I also received payment options in the mail the same day !!! I’ve tried calling every phone number on all of the papers , sent messages .. no phone calls or no messages have been returned . I’ve called the circuit clerks office & informed them I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company since I’ve received my summons & I’ve got no response .
Horrible company!!! I didn't receive the debt collection letter until 10 days after the letter is dated.. even though they are 20 minutes from my home. I am guessing they mailed it late! I have been trying to get a hold of them every single day since to resolve my debt. I set up a payment plan in their portal. I noticed payment never came out of my account. I tried to log back into the portal and it won't allow me to. I have left 10+ voicemails, I have sent 5+ emails. No one returns my calls. No one answers their phone! The ... read more

I have trying to get ahold of Jamesha ***** at this company for over a month, I have her extension but never returns calls, this company is taking my money and I have no way of looking up my account on the website. How this company operates is a mystery to me

Cant get ahold of the lawyer. Said case/item is paid for and they still cant send in the paperwork to dismiss the case
Vulture's. My debt company has been trying to negotiate and no response for several months with this company. This account was with ****/********* and it seems as though their customer service or negotiators are not knowledgeable about much of what they do. I have called them several times and been transferred to several people with no results. This account has been charged off and sold to the vulture's and there is nothing that can be accomplished. I am fed up with this yoyo company.
