I have been attempting to reach someone - anyone - at Rausch Sturm without any luck. I would like to discuss options without losing my house! Are their phone numbers even legit? They say they want to help and work with individuals but by not answering or returning calls I’d call that misrepresenting their services. I’d give this company a zero but since that isn’t an option I’ll select a 1 grudgingly!

What kind of debt collector/lawfirm is this and how they get away with being unprofessional and outrageously poor in handling their account? I got sued and paid in full and they seemed not have reported to credit bureaus and the creditors and now sueing me AGAIN!!?? Where is accountability, it js a law firm fir God's sake! They dont answer calls, dont reply to messeges and emails!

These people have never contacted me & I've never been served. I just received a notification that they have froze my bank account & it is now in the negative. I have no idea why. I have no pleadings from them. Their website is a joke & nobody answers the phone. I will be reporting them to the State of ******** if I need to. I have no idea why a ********* firm has a lawsuit against me or why you cannot get ahold of them re: the age & details of the debt. & I do not see any License info for ******** on their site. ***********... read more

I paid this firm $11,200 in good faith, only for them to turn around and sue me for the exact same amount after full payment was made. This is not just unprofessional — it's fraudulent and completely unethical. The entire experience was a nightmare. Their staff is rude, disorganized, and unresponsive. I have been making payments on my account for over a year on time every month and all of a sudden nothing no contact no phone call no access to website no email response do i not owe this debt ??? left messages no response very unprofessonial if i get served papers again from you guys im going to counter sue you for unfair anxiety i always make my payments on time there is no reason not to answer or return a phone call unacceptable behavior
