I have been in contact with this company to get a settlement on a debt for over 2 years. I keep getting informed they will not take a settlement. Horrible debt collector. Rausch Sturm, LLP took over collections for a lien on a property that I was trying to sell. They have been contacted every 1 to 3 days for 75 days by the title company to obtain a payoff. They are unable to produce a payoff amount after 75 days and cannot even estimate when it will be uploaded into their system. WORST COMPANY EVER.

All of you please take a hug, it has been hard but I paid my balance and while making payments I never got a attitude out of Rausch Sturm, everyone has been so nice and helpful and we all appreciate that deeply, Keep up the great work, I am so bad with names but x222 is absolutely sweet and easy to work with. This company keeps sending mail and to my ex-husband at my address. (They have also called me). A quick look up told me that this is a debt collector. I keep returning the mail, and saying he doesn't live here, but they do not stop!. We have been divorced for over 10 years! This is beyond frustrating. I'm not responsible for my ex's debts. They need to stop harassing me.

After I was laid off from covid (march 2020) I got a phone call from my previous manager that this law firm was calling them multiple times looking for me. I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS now and they wont return any calls.

I have been trying to work with them in a debt I fo owe. But they have never returned any of my phone calls and today a court summons gets plastered to my home front door. I am not there, I have taken a job but it has me out of town a lot. I am trying to communicate a solution but they are not responding to my callz for information

The attorneys for this company have filed with the courts false information. I have hired another firm to go after them for lying to the courts. Tried to contact them via phone, email. And no response. Not surprising. Trying to go after us for something we paid years ago and were even garnished on twice. Filed doc with court system saying we havent paid a dime on this judgment. And now seeking over $35,000.00( mostly interest). This place needs shut down.

the truth is when you call they make you feel like family and they are one of the few law firms that help you and understand your needs today I spoke with a lady her name is Glenda she was very kind she attended me I was very satisfied thank you God bless you ??

You need to go out of business. I see you have done this to others based upon the complaints below. I paid my judgement in full before a garbishment took place. You agreed to email/fax my employer immediately upon receipt of the wire transfer (which was more than the judgement amount btw) . I updated all that information with one of your associates and was ASSURED that you would notify my employer and you sent the release snail mail instead.
