I have been making payments on my account for over a year on time every month and all of a sudden nothing no contact no phone call no access to website no email response do i not owe this debt ??? left messages no response very unprofessonial if i get served papers again from you guys im going to counter sue you for unfair anxiety i always make my payments on time there is no reason not to answer or return a phone call unacceptable behavior

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LAW FIRM IN EXISTENCE. I DON'T EVEN THINK ANYONE OPERATES AT THEIR SO CALLED OFFICE. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR REPLIES BACK TO YOUR EMAILS. I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR WEEKS AND MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO EMAIL THEM THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE IT SET-UP THAT IF YOU WRITE CERTAIN THINGS THAT CAN GET THEM IN TROUBLE, IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE. TRUST ME, I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES. These are nothing but scammers trying to dig up old paid off accounts through other debt collectors. They have been giving a cease and desist from me 4 years ago and they have stopped calling but continue to send fake and fraudulent court documents. They have been doing this for over 13 years.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this firm for nearly a YEAR. I had a collection account that was reassigned to Rausch Sturm LLP, and was given their number by the previous agency. NO ONE answers the phone, in English or Spanish, and the waiting music plays incessantly. They have no email address to contact, and there are no "live" chat options available through their website. I wish I could leave ZERO stars but oh well.
