This Law office is not working to help us get our debt paid. They are working against us. We all have the same complaint. Is there anything that can be done for us to get our debt settled!!! This law office takes your information then blocks your account. They even give you the telephone number and extensions but no one picks up the phone just hangs up. We are trying to do the right thing but to no avail. Can someone please help us? Or direct us to what we can do.

I agreed to a payment arrangement and made my first payment and then they stopped answering the phones and restricted my online account so I couldnt make another payment. Ive called, sent them messages, nothing back from them.
Terrible humans, paid off debt in May and here we are in July with new charges and fees apparently that were missed before. Absolutely trash humans. The debt in question. I had stage 4c cancer was dying on hospice and survived, God forbid and now I am in medical debt because America and I wanted to live to watch my kids grow up. I should have **** **********. I know better now.
Typical scumbags ambulance chasing attorneys who couldn't make it practicing real law. They pry on poor middle class Americans trying to survive in this economy. Hope *** repays them all in Karma they deserve
One of the most evil companies in existence.They train their agents to be manipulative, calloused, and generally uncaring.You CAN NOT win with these people. Hope and pray you never have a debt that winds up in their hands.They will lock you out of your online account so that you miss payments and they can get more from you, escalate to wage garnishment, etc.
I have never had a communication from this law form nor have I ever given them authorization to my account. The statute of limitations in ** are 6 years. Ive never received any correspondence, yet they garnished my account, cause overdraft fees, and garnished my child support as a single mom with two kids! They wiped my account to zero taking ****** out with no communication or authorization. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the firm, nor can I receive a call back within business hours. This is violation of my rights.
I can not get anyone to put into writing that the lien on the home will be released once we pay close to $10,000 off. I am asking for an email or letter confirming that the lien on my home will be removed and I am not getting anyone to state this will be done.
The worst company no compassion, and very callous people. They dont consider the facts that led to non payments.
