I was served papers for a debt collection which I was never informed of and when I tried to call and email to get info, Im not getting any response whatsoever. This is horrible business practice for lawyers.
Worst service ever. Got hung up on trying to pay the bill so many times it is ridiculous. Can't pay more than the agreement per month which is so stupid. Overall I wouldn't use these people if it was the last company on earth.

I have tried to contact these collectors via multiple phone calls with voice mail and emails. No one will answer the phone, and I have not had any return correspondence. I went to their web page and entered into a payment arrangement and agreed to their terms on Oct 9th. It is Oct 16th and the payments have not been processed. Now after signing up on their web page, I went to check on the status, and I am blocked from entering the web portal for payments. It directs me to call the number that no one answers. *** had the absolute worst experience trying to make payments with this company. I originally set up a payment plan, but they never withdrew the funds. When I finally reached someone, I was told that because the first payment didnt go through, I now had to pay triple each month.I tried again and was told payments could only be made through my bank, not online. I was served summons papers on 10/3 by . Case was filed on 10/2 . I also received payment options in the mail the same day !!! I’ve tried calling every phone number on all of the papers , sent messages .. no phone calls or no messages have been returned . I’ve called the circuit clerks office & informed them I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company since I’ve received my summons & I’ve got no response .
