Dr Tallo takes great care of me and takes the time to make sure everything is working properly. He takes the time to listen to my concerns.
He treated me like a lab rat and his staff treated me like a nuisance. There is no patient involvement allowed. Don’t ask questions. He put in my chart that “the patient was informed” AFTER he didn’t explain the treatment AND told me not to go online and read about it. He does not allow patient input. He put in my chart that I was “non compliant” because I had bad reactions to the medications. I have been a patient of Dr Tallo’s for a number of years and have always found him to be a caring and compassionate doctor. If there was a 10 star rating, he would get it.
I was referred to Dr. Vaghaiwalla, rheumatologist,a few months back. They never referred me to lab for test, at least, no one told me. Then, someone scheduled me for a followup with Dr Tallo, today, after sitting there waiting for him to come in, he sent nurse in to tell me I wasn't his patient, she asked Dr Vaghaiwalla to see me, she refused because I didn't do labs (that she or her nurse never scheduled or told me to do. I have had a great experience with Dr. Tallo and his staff. He always listen to me, explains how my conditions could affect my live, and also explains about the medications an side effects. I have had communicated with them via email and they respond to my concerns.
