I found Dr Gosthe and his staff very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything clearly. The staff called and let me know I was missing some records prior to my visit. This allowed me to obtain the needed records prior to my visit. I can't tell you how nice it was to talk to staff rather than dealing with an automated phone system. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Dr. Goshen is a wonderful doctor. He is very professional and informative on his diagnosis and the next steps that will be taken. I also referred him to my daughter who is experiencing similar problems. Thank You Dr.G.

Dr. Gosthe did my total knee replacement using a "muscle (quad) sparing" technique with robotic assistance. From the first pre-op consultation, then surgery, to the final follow-up appt, every step of the way, he provided exceptional interpersonal interaction and clinical service. Extremely helpful in getting in to see this surgeon. Great support staff and Extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. My surgery turned out to be critical, as a nearly 30 year old replacement, lower stem had migrated outside of the tibia, and new bone was trying to secure it. Dr.Gosthe was able to explain to me how this WAS NOT, A normal knee revision. He then went on to FULLY EXPLAIN the process required and he had a fully fleshed out plan, with backup, if necessary.
