My initial meeting was pretty sterile and quick. Sometimes people just have off days. I complimented her outfit because she looked nice. Dry response, her assistant is even dry like her. No connection. No nothing. I decided to go again to see if this was her baseline. The next visit was even worse. This doctor should not be in healthcare, she has no compassion, she’s dismissive and very rude. She undermined everything that is going on with me my mom. My mom‘s ear canal is closed up and swollen and she said it’s nothing, she said if it was something there would be a sign of infection, my mom is 73 years old and cannot hear out of her ear due to this. She prescribed some medication for infection, even though she contradicted herself and said there’s no infection and was dismissive and walked out. I will not recommend any... read more
Saw Dr.Crystal today and she is AMAZING! I have awful anxiety and she put me at ease. The endoscopy didn't even hurt! Wow wish more doctor's were like her ♡♡♡♡ 10 star for sure! I also recommended her to my family. Ty

Terrible experience. She has zero compassion for little people and she 1000% should not work with children. Took my 3 year old to see her for a consultation and she didn't smile nor even try to interact with him initially. That of course, set the tone. Then he was resisting getting his ears looked at (again he's 3 and has had many ear issues prior) she points at his face and says STOP IT. Well then she continues manipulating his ears, trying to get the little bit of wax out, etc and it's hurting him so of course he's crying.... read more
