Dr Riscotti is amazing! However, Gabby the office “manager” as she refers to herself is extremely rude! She never calls for appointments, she tries to just add you to the cancellation list then makes last minute calls. Once she verified they don’t accept your insurance she just dismisses you or hangs up without finding out if we’d like to make the appointment and pay out of pocket (some do and are willing to stay with there doctor) we have been with Dr. Riscotti for YEARS and because of her I’m done! Apparently my review was removed. Well I will just have to add it AGAIN. The office MGR is RUDE. They do NOT back their product what so ever! I spent a lot of m ok ney here. I am unable to wear the glasses. They will DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I WILL NEVER COME HERE again. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS place to anyone.
I called for an appointment (just to get an eye exam) at the end of May and they are booked until October. The woman who answered the phone offered to put me on a cancelation list, but then asked for my insurance information and said "well we don't take that". Fortunately, I can afford to self pay, but she wouldn't know that, because she just dismissed me based on my insurance. I could almost understand this type of wait for an Ophthalmologist, but this is only an Optometrist. WOW...
