THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! From the time I hired them they passed my case around to 7 different people! I found out about somebody new handling my case by me calling them. I always complained about being updated (in the most respectful manner). I always had to give info to a new person on my case so the communication amongst themselves lacked as well.
