Dinner at Rare Steakhouse best dinner I have ever had and the service was over the top, Genevieve Vissa is the most talented "captain" I have ever met. She actually remembered what my son and I had 5 months ago. Over the top!!!!

We went to Rare for the first time last night, and it was amazing! My husband and I both have worked in the hospitality industry, and they nailed everything. Five stars for service, thanks to our Captain Genevieve, five stars for food and beverage.
Incredible experience. From the amazing Restaurant Week menu, the ambiance, and our fantastic server "captain" Ryan who went above and beyond. Filet Mignon was cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Thank you for accommodating us this evening.

My daughter and I had the 8 oz filet done at a Medium+. Our first taste, we looked at each other and nodded; it was perfection! We booked our reservation online and received a confirmation call the next morning and were asked if there were any additional requirements. I told them we were celebrating a special occasion in our daughter's life. They ran with that information and congratulated her when we came through the front door! Thank you to Sarah Jane, Owen and the rest of the fantastic Rare team for an extraordinary evening. They went way above the call of duty to be sure we could get in during a major rain downpour. Throughout the evening they were gracious and attentive to all our needs. Wonderful wine list, excellent steaks and sides. Then to to top it all off Owen's Bananas Foster... Yum! We will be back!
