This doctor is a joke. You get meds but they dont gives PR number. You can't your meds. Some your have to pay for. but state would pay for but not without P R number. Dont answer phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. all the staff do is talk people bissness and talk about each other .. the doctor office is private not there u have no privacey .they are very unprofessional I done heard and video the staff ....
They deserve a zero. Worst place I have ever been to. They even said they could not write a prior authorization letter to my insurance company so my procedures would get paid for.
Do not go here! The dentist (Dr. William Hensel) pulled my tooth. He was very rude. He had a horriable bedside manner! He also had a bad temper with the assistant! I hope no one ever has the experience I had!
This place is a joke went in an the dentist didn't even see me it was the nurse. They tell you they pull teeth over the phone when you get there the dentist don't know how. Y'all need to get it together. She was just going off based what he was saying I didn't even get to see the actual dentist himself. I'll be calling my insurance and letting them know about this place. I went there nervous about having my dental procedures and the team was very patient and understanding. My wait wasn’t long, my procedures were fast and I was very pleased with the entire staff. The receptionist always had something nice to say and the overall environment was pleasant. I would recommend them to all my family and friends
I won't recommend no one go to this clinic because we won't there we was in the back over 2 hours without being seen we left we will not be back
