MUST READ !!The moment I walked in DURING flu season at its worst, no sanitizer, no wipes so I sent my son to my car to get my wipes to clean my hands after touching the sign in machine- The female receptionist instantly without observation said "Dont use that to wipe the machine!" And it made me mad for #1 Im an adult that she basically snapped at OUT LOUD with out mannerism - ->ma'am please dont use those wipes on the machine and I would have gladly told her if I was doing so SORRY but the fact that she assumed and the ton... read more
The doctor and staff were very caring and I was in and out of there in no time.
I have used this place numerous times the people in the back are great and they are thorough however the lady at the front desk needs some people skills she is beyond rude to every one for everything and she doesn't want to do her job I have been turned away numerous times because she didn't want to run my insurance cards and the insurance misspelled my name.... this time we asked where the bathroom was she said you have to give me a minute and kept on with her conversation with the other lady behind the desk I continued to ... read more
Everyone was very professional & also very nice. I loved the doctor that seen me. He had a good since of humor which made me feel better from the start. I did not have to wait long in the lobby. When I went in the back it was not long before the doctor came in & accesses the damage to my foot & I was ready to leave. If I was to recommend someone to see a doctor I would definitely tell them to go the Rapid Urigent Care.
Great and fast service, and it doesn't hurt that the X-ray tech is easy on the eyes!!
