Over 2 hours and all I need is an antibiotic prescription. If I had know this I would not have come here. Checked in at 11:55 and it’s now 1:50 and I have not been seen nor given any type of update. Not to mention it’s lunch time and I have my child with me. Very hangry. Never does this happen in the Mandeville location. Never. Very angry right now. Urgent care shouldn’t take half your day. RecommendedThey are always very professional and courteous. Service is fast and efficient. I’ve been here twice and both experiences were awesome. The second time I even had my 6 yr old twins and still didn’t have a problem. If you’re ill and need to be seen quickly and checked out throughly this is definitely the place.

I was in and out very quickly and treated very kindly. I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family. Dr. Richard was very friendly and thorough. It wouldn’t let me rate but i give 5 stars.
