Absolutely horrid. I wasn’t notified the wait would be 3 hours. I have to pick my kids up from school and wouldn’t have stayed if I was. They won’t even remedy the situation and just give me MY OWN TEST RESULTS in the event that I need to leave to get my children because it violates HIPPAA. Giving a patient their own results is not a violation of HIPPAA. The people at the front desk of the place need to educate themselves about the law they preach and learn to be a little more empathetic.

RecommendedMy dad, daughter and I have all been to this facility. The longest part of the visit is the new patient paperwork. In and out in under 30 minutes, always. I prefer to come here for sick visits than my PCP just because of the convenience.

RecommendedWas so fast! Had flu test, and still in and out. Sadly got flu, but they made this so much easier.
I went in to be seen, was told my bill would be $25 (was billed over $160). I also told them I was pregnant & put on paperwork in several places. The dr that saw me went to give me a shot and one antibiotics and when I asked if was ok to take while pregnant he stated no one told him I was pregnant (he had the paperwork in front of him). He said I couldnt be given the shot or antibiotic while pregnant and had to prescribe a different antibiotic. Visited today for recent migraines due to a medication change by my rheumatologist. This is my third visit in 2 weeks - I get benadryl and NSAID injectiond and I'm out the door. Today, I was seen by Dr. Gregory Gutgsell who IMMEDIATELY accused me of drug seeking behavior despite my very convincing argument that: (1) I'm not trying to get high off of benadryl and (2) even if I were its alot cheaper to go to Walmart. I left sobbing.
