Absolutely horrid. I wasn’t notified the wait would be 3 hours. I have to pick my kids up from school and wouldn’t have stayed if I was. They won’t even remedy the situation and just give me MY OWN TEST RESULTS in the event that I need to leave to get my children because it violates HIPPAA. Giving a patient their own results is not a violation of HIPPAA. The people at the front desk of the place need to educate themselves about the law they preach and learn to be a little more empathetic.

This place used to be great. Ever since COVID it has gone down hill. Trying to shove a COVID test in your nose even when you don’t have enough symptoms to justify it. BEWARE!! Waited over an hour for my son who clearly has a sinus infection with no fever and no other COVID symptoms be seen tried to force a COVID test and when we denied it we were basically shoved out the door with some cough medicine and no school note because we refused COVID test. This will be the last time we come here! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Rude front staff and doctor. They do not listen and to worried about telling you what they want to tell you.
Dr. Robert Weissmann once treated me and I was very upset at his rudeness and unprofessionalism but loved the rest of the staff. When in need, I have always called here first to inquire which doctor was in, if it was not Weismann, I would go here. If he was there, I would go elsewhere. Today I was told that due to safety reasons, they could not tell me which doctor was in. Terrible rude customer service with front desk and whoever answers the phone. Told me Covid test 48 hour results . Went in took my money than said 3-4 days , called at 7 days rude phone person said I told you 7-10 days ... will never go back .
RecommendedY’all always have us in and out. I called last night 12 minutes before close and I pulled up and saw lights out, but they waited for me. Even if it meant they had to stay later. I appreciate it. Always fast and friendly.
These jerks refused to see me because I can’t wear a mask as I’m extremely claustrophobic and am obviously in distress and need help. Nevermind I could see several of their staff not wearing masks...hypocrites. If I die from an infection getting to my bloodstream, my blood will be on their hands and my husband will sue their pants off.
RecommendedThe Service was great! I came with someone that takes care of a 99 year old, he was feeling bad, but afraid to go to the Hospital! Urgent Care/Robert E. Lee location refused to see him! Thanks so much and Gid Bless! He's doing better!
