Overpriced !!! plumber gave me the prices for 1st hour ,then price after per hour after that(which also included unpack and pack up)seriously who charges for this come to pay and its more than expected as the unpack/ pack up time was included which I did not expect as well gst was added on also,no mention of this when quoting us the price face to face when they arrive. Then they give me a big expensive quote to fix my sewer 3 times more than other quotes I received as well as telling me its best if they replace the whole sew... read more

Hi Leanne, Can you please PM with details?? Please note all of our prices are quoted plus GST, this is also mentioned on all of our paperwork. Unlike other plumbers we don’t do temporary bandaid fixes. For customer satisfaction we advise our customers to fix a complete line rather than just a section. This avoids the same problem reoccurring. Thanks.
Excellent service . Had problems with our sewer over Christmas,Harley provided a temporary fix and said to call him during Christmas if we needed him,which we did ,completed the work in new year , the drive way required restoring ,when Scott checked the concreting done by a third party he stated it was not acceptable and had two of his men (Freddy and Mitch) reconcrete the drive. The team at Rapid provided a honest reliable service and would recommend the for any plumbing needs,thanks Scott,Harley,Freddy and Mitch.

There is no job too big or too small for these guys! On time and very friendly. Cannot be any happier and will definately recommend to family and friends.
Can't recommend rapid plumbing enough, I turned up to our workshop this morning to find someone had snapped the tap out of the ground over the weekend and water was gushing out. Rapid plumbing were out and had it all fixed within 2 hours. Thanks again for your help guys!!!

We have had recent issued with our solar. Each time I have called it has been same day service.
