I had a blocked basin in my bathroom..from a $55 diagnosis ended up costing me $270 for a 30 min job..just the acid which apparently the plumber used 1.5 bottles..yeah right I couldnt watch because of the excessive fumes so who knows how much he actually used but regardless was charged $135 just for that..I previously had a kitchen sink blocked which cost me less than $200 and that was cleared with high pressure..The plumber told me that Acid was the cheaper option..what a ripp off..never using this company again..Folks call... read more

I have lived in the Kingswood area for 4 years now and have had nothing but issues when I have needed a plumber especially charging exorbitant prices when I have compared jobs with friends. Last week I had a pipe spring a leak and needed a plumber. Scott was on time and the charge for the job was reasonable compared to other jobs I have had. They repaired my pipe and I am extremely happy that I feel i have found a plumber that I can trust . Rapid Plumbing Group will be my plumbers of choice now going forward.�
