I have visited this place several times in the past with no problems until today. I was advised to take my car back to Rapid Oil Change from another oil change place due to my oil drain plug is strip. Rapid oil admitted it was strip and would not take any responsibility. I received an oil change and was told my old oil drain was placed back on my car. The manager expressed to purchase a new one and bring it back.
