Took my truck there yesterday to change oil only! They pull my dash out to check the cab air filter when I told them only oil change. It was dirty but for $32 bucks I can change change it for $13 at auto zone. When they put the old filters back in they crammed crap in to the fan. Now I have to take apart the AC to find where this crap they push down in it at sounds like a airplane taking off. This place is a rip off. It’s like they got mad because I didn’t want to pay for there high price filter.
Went there today and everything was going fine until I checked out. Once I had paid and stepped in my car, I realized it had not been vacuumed. I checked my receipt and it showed 'COMPLETE'. So I asked one of the technicians does it not he said yes it does, I can pull it to the back. I declined the offer because by then I had sent my mind on getting to my next destination before it rained.
