Took my own oil to have it changed but yet was charged the full price for a complete oil change (as if I used their oil). Was not told this before they started. Will not use them again. Way over priced for what was done.
RecommendedThey were fast, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed being able to sit there and watch them work and enjoy the breeze.

They didn’t put my plug back in after I got my oil changed after paying almost $70. Rode around with no oil in my car and tore my vehicle up. Don’t bring your car here. They obviously hire people with no previous experience and will not take responsibility for their mistakes!!

RecommendedAccurate information, extremely quick, fair pricing. They've made me aware of issues I didn't notice, and brought up some I already knew about. They're not super pushy with air filter changes or the less important stuff, but they do make sure to at least mention it, which is refreshing. It's so important to have a place you can trust your vehicle with, and they rock it.

Service at this location has definitely changed. Last visit, they marked all the things that were "checked" but my headlight was not working when I came in and they checked that it worked but did not offer to change it out. I was asked to get one of fluid levels checked bc "it was too red". Made a complaint and was told I would get a refund which never came. No longer feel I can trust my care there which is a shame since I have used ROC since 1990.
