I have been told that I was getting 5000 mile oil and I find out today that they have been putting 3000 and setting my reminder at 5000 miles!! 😡😡😡
Highly overpriced. I will be changing my own oil from now on.

RecommendedI’ve been using rapid oil change since i started driving. Started out in Clinton where i am originally from and since moving to reservoir, I’ve been using the Flowood location. Everyone is so friendly! They get the job done, don’t hassle you about buying unnecessary services, and they’re fast! I can get a quick oil change between getting off of work in the afternoon and picking up my child from daycare. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Less than a month ago they replaced a hose that is now leaking again. I called today to explain this to them, hoping they would offer to take a second look, but instead they just go on and on saying all these other things it could be when I have video proof that it is coming from the same hose they replaced. Guess I just lost my money on that.
RecommendedWent in for an oil change today and ran into a hiccup. Kevin made short work of fixing the issue while the owner assisted. Great team of techs that are timely and professional!
