I've been going to Rapid for years. Never had to wait long time , everyone is friendly with a good atmosphere.. And I had a quick and easy inspection! Very happy customer!

Pretty fast in and out, but last two vehicles taken there didn't have the oil change light reset - had to do it ourselves. Today we got oil changed on one of our trucks - hood wasn't closed.
Jeanette, thank u for reducing my stress assuring me u guys would do whatever possible to change a bulb in our Seqouia Toyota (I had just left the dealership as was told would latch on hatch would have to be repaired to get to bulb). Everyone had a look at it but they had other customers. Melissa and Issac were super nice and determined to get hatch open and replace bulb. Success!!! It was taken care of and got inspection! Rude!! My husband parked his truck between the bays (there was no one in line) got out and stood directly in front of a worker (Melissa) waiting to be helped. She never acknowledged him and proceeded to take a customer that pulled up 15 minutes after we arrived. Will never go back!
