Rapid is a great name! I just had an oil change and was in and out in 15 minutes max. People were friendly and the price wasn’t bad
worst customer service ever...after doing oil change and wasnt sure about my charges, I called to query my bill I was embarrassed in the most despicable way by one of the associate there. very rude and disrespectful just because I want to knw exactly what I was charged for. they event went as far as to tell me that's what u get for not paying attention to the service of your car as well as to take my business else where, they even disconnected the call while i was still on the phone .....like who does that.....will definitel... read more
This place is awesome. Everyone knows what they are doing and so friendly. Had my oil changed, transmission flushed and gear oil changed. F450 SD. Fast and thorough job. Great attitudes as well. Great family business. Midland and Lubbock too. I’m from SC and here May - Oct. only place I’ll go when here. Best price too. And I called everywhere.

The oil change crew was good, but the inspector and gentleman who rung me up were very rude. I was told I had an exhaust leak on my truck, when I asked how they determined that, they became angry. I told them I was a mechanic and they told me I was lying and not to question the inspector. I was then called a jerk by the man ringing me up and he said “it’s no wonder you’re not in the military any more”, and “if we were in together I would have kicked you out”.
