Excellent service from Aren who visited first to inspect and provide a quote and good advice. When we placed the order we had Olly, Jordan and Jay arrive on time and do a great job in the roof space in around 3 hours. First they removed all the old, worn and grotty insulation, then vacuumed the entire space before installing the new Bradford Gold 4.1 rated insulation. On time, clean, tidied up, plenty of photos and overall a great job
Rapid Insulation arrived on time, set up and completed a big job starting with our old roof insulation vacuumed out, replaced with high grade Bradford Batts, today. Plus some roof flooring as an extra job quoted. The team are very professional in how they communicate, how they work and clean up thoroughly after. A cracked roof tile one of the guys spotted was quickly replaced with a spare tile we had, that was really appreciated. We are very happy with this work done. I wish I had it done years ago. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at Rapid. Everyone was so lovely and friendly to deal with and communication through the whole process was top notch. The guys showed up right on time and worked quickly getting the underfloor insulation in. Highly recommended for a job well done.
