Dr. Lanade is great family doctor really good doctor
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this primary care office has been consistently unprofessional. They repeatedly missed my telehealth appointments, leaving me waiting with no explanation or follow-up. On top of that, they questioned me about an insurance claim from earlier in the year that I had no knowledge of, which made me feel uncomfortable and confused.
