Dr. Rao is always very caring and patient and answers all my questions.
After going over my health issues with her PA for 30, Dr. Rao made her entrance. No hello...how are you today...just, I’m not taking anymore patients. Who told you I was taking patients, looking down at me like a scornful parent. I was absolutely shocked. No exam, no pertinent questions. She even lied to me about whether or not any other physician in her practice was taking new patents. No, she said - but this was not the truth. I have been a patient of Dr. Rao and her nurse practitioners for a number of years and the care I have received is first rate.
I have never had a physician like Dr. Rao. She is so caring and her communication is excellent. She has a genuine concern for her patients' health.
I would recommend Dr. Rao and am very happy with the care I am receiving. She is very attentive and knowledgeable, she is always open to discussing any health issues.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Rao. I have been very happy with the way Dr. Rao has helped me solve my health issues and feel better. She is very caring and knowledgeable as a PCP and she has always been there when I needed her and supported me through my Illness. Thank you.
Terrible service from Prima Medicine on 12/15/21. Went for my annual physical but was scammed with charges on "discussions" solicited by their fishing questions during the visit. The doctor made it very natural to slip in the conversation things like "How do you feel?" I just mentioned some very mild discomfort I was having. Most people (especially at an older age) will experience some regular mild aches/pains but I did not intend to seek and pay for additional medical services.
