Dr Rao’s practice has made managing a chronic disease and aging much easier. She does whatever she can to facilitate timely and appropriate treatment. I don’t know if I can find someone as competent and personable in the future when I eventually move.
The time she spent listening to my concerns and her feedback were excellent!
My wife I have been consulting Dr. Rao for over 7 years. She has always been a good listener and responsive to our health concern. Despite her busy schedule, she responds to our online messages and follow up it by herself or by her assistants. She has demonstrated latest knowledge in medical science and shares her knowledge with us. Both my wife and I have been very happy and satisfied by her medical and interpersonal communication skills.
Dr. Rao and her staff are amazing. High level of care, never rushes through a visit, excellent listener and extremely knowledgeable.
Unfortunately I am being forced to find another Dr. Since Dr Rao is going to be a membership only Dr going forward. Catering to the rich that can afford an Annual fee of $2200. Just for her to look at you and send you to a specialist. I was completely comfortable with her be my Dr. I am not comfortable being charged additional money just so I don’t have to wait a week to see her or wait I. The lobby 20 minutes for my appointment. Dr Rao is the best PC doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her more than 10 years. She is so knowledgeable and listens and answers all my questions without rushing. She treats me as if I’m her own mother. I’m so blessed to have her. Thank you Dr Rao.
