Excellent service! Never a problem with scheduling. The staff is very personal and addresses any concerns you may have.
Wellness checkup with one concern that was minor to me, but gave Dr. Rao pause for concern. She provided a referral so that I can ensure that the my minor concern is not a major health issue. She truly cares about the health and wellness of her patients and has a perspective for preventive care rather than just palliative care. She also respects my position of minimalist drug and vaccine interventions.
I would very highly recommend Dr. Rao to anybody. I am always satisfied with the services which she and her office give. She is more concerned about the patients’ wellbeing, understanding them and explaining things to them than about how many patients she’s getting in a day. Her positive attitude and comforting bedside manners are unparalleled. I always have this good feeling that she is there for me. And to me that’s more important than medication.

Dr. Rao is very kind and attentive. In my last visit, she was very personable. It is important to me that my provider cares about my wellbeing and it is clear that Dr. Rao cares. She takes my concerns seriously and tako the time to make recommendations for my long term health and goals.
She is an excellent doctor, very friendly and lot of patience and she will answer very clearly all our doubts , i really like her a lot.
