This was a virtual visit on the internet because of COVID-19 pandemic. But the examination was as thorough as on a office visit.

I was happy with my visit except I didn’t like how I was told if I have any other issues that I want to discuss with the doctor then I would charged an additional visit. I have never heard of that with past doctors for my annual check up.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rao for three years and we are extremely happy with her level of medical expertise, caring and professionalism. Her office staff is also extremely efficient and professional. We are very lucky to have her as our primary care physician.
