The Ranlife loan team got us into our home super fast. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I give 4 stars mostly because of the reality end of Ranlife. Our agent was pretty low pressure, but we were almost sold a house the agent knew wasn't the best. I ended up finding the house I wanted through my own searching.
If I could, I’d rate 0 stars. This place is a joke. The loan officer is a joke. Worst home buying experience. From the beginning Ben said us having cash would NOT be an issue. That was a lie. He’d tell my boyfriend 1 thing and how this is the last thing .. the last thing. Then proceed to call or text me and say he needs this, this and that. He was / is horrible with the numbers. He told us if we paid off our Amazon balance that would put us in a better bracket with better rates and better options all around. So we did. Inste... read more

This comment is written as if it were our client but even in the first paragraphs the author references "her boyfriend." This is simple proof that the clients girlfriend is writing this in behalf of the client. The fees going up "at the last second" are from the client self-selecting a more expensive home owners insurance policy by their own choice.
