I got a loan with RanLife in January 2015. When they changed the company that is collecting my mortgage, I've had nothing but problems. I started in February 2020 sending them an auto pay form so my payments would be taken from my bank (like it was with RanLife). So far, I've sent them 4 forms and each month they have acknowledged getting it but will not set up the autopay. Ms. C***** is all taken care of. She was very understanding and appreciative for the help. Cashiering did approve verbal authorization for ACH set up, since we already have one form on file, and that will begin in August. She also has my extension in case any further issues arise. We will also waive the late fee.
Overall excellent service from both RANLife Real Estate and RANLife Home Loans. My realtor Brady was very responsive and eager to work with the sellers on my behalf. My Loan processor Eric made the mortgage process efficient and painless. All of the staff I have had contact with were very friendly and helpful.
Josh T******* at RANLife Home Loans is an amazing loan officer. He was able to look at my situation on my mortgage loan and give me several options to choose from. I really appreciated his professionalism, expertise, diligence and caring. I would recommend Josh to all my friends and family and any one else needing assistance with their Mortgage needs!!!
This is the second time we have worked with Michael D**** at RanLife. Both were very positive experiences. Michael was very professional and made the process seamless with our refinance by looking out for our best interest with regards to rates and how we can lower our mortgage. Ranlife is borderline unethical! I just completed a refinance with another lender. When the new title company called for payoff information Ranlife provided incomplete information. It was learned that Ranlife sold my original loan internally to another Ranlife Division. They sold my loan to themselves...... They rejected the payoff because it was sent to the wrong department resulting in another week of delays and an additional $562 in interest. Ranlife refuses to make this right.
