I did a random inquiry on a third party site about FHA loan information. I get calls constantly from this company. I have answered, talked to an obviously foreign person, asked to be taken off their call list and I am still getting several calls per day. They want to buy my home, I rent. I am about ready to file complaints against them for continuing to call me.

I purchased and refinanced my first home with ranlife. I don't have any experiences to compare it to, but I wouldn't consider it a smooth process. I got requests for the same documents more than once, which was both frustrating and confusing because I was just forwarding them my original emails. The closing and title process was difficult both times as well. Each time there were documents missing that needed resent nearly immediately to avoid delay in funding. We were working with Mike and were really excited about buying our first house. Mike was acting as both the listing agent and our agent and basically guaranteed we would get our offer accepted. He was personal friends with the seller and took advantage of us. He mislead us and verbally lied to us about our earnest money and our due diligence period which ultimately lost us a little over$1600. SEAMLESS! When I initially found and contacted RAN Life, I was frustrated with another lender. Chris B**** of RAN Life said to switch to their company, that he did a lot of loans and would help us out. We switched to RAN Life and Chris was indeed reassuring, calming, thorough, and efficient and made our entire loan process SEAMLESS! We started with a loan company in the Midwest, but after a month or two of switching loan types and unsuccessfully finding the correct type of property, we found RanLife. Chris B**** was there every step of the way, communicating efficiently and effectively. My VA loan came through, and we found a home to fit our needs and closed in a short time. I’ve had the greatest experience someone can wish for while buying you very first own house. Logan and Mike made the process smooth. They were great!! I was able to get a hold of them at anytime. In less then a month I had the keys for my house! I recommend Ranlife for all my friends!!
