I recommend any parent that has been told that your child has suffered a TBI and there is no hope, you need to get your child to RANKEN JORDAN !! Despite what OTHER drs said , my son is awake , with Gods help and all the the positivity from dr , nurses, CNA , therapist , cooks , custodians , maintenance, social workers , child care, music therapy , etc. my son will walk out of this hospital!! it done a good job with my son I have no complaints
The staff never gave up on my son even when his doctors did. Therapists went above and beyond and thought outside of the box or normal ways to find things that worked for my son.
They take good care of my daughter
Currently having to set through another painful surgery for scar band release due to the "wonderful staff" at rankin jordan FAILING to care for my son! They made us feel like awful ppl for actually BEING there with him! They refused to do ANY therapy with him the first 4 days he was there! I had to throw a fit to get them to do ANYTHING for him by far the worst place I've ever had to deal with!!
From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted and welcomed.The staff is approachable and kind. They listen and reply with knowledgeable solutions. Top notch all the way.
