Jason installed a new air handler and outdoor heat pump unit in my house 17 months ago. Unfortunately, another HVAC service company who was recently inspecting my system discovered that the air handler and the outdoor unit were both installed by Range with the incorrect size orifices in both units per the OEM, Gibson. I sent Jason two texts and an email, but he has been non-responsive to this issue which cost me $850 to fix with the other HVAC service company.
