The car wash and vacuum are very old. The worker helped me all time but the wash didn't meet my expectations.
Last February 2025 I went to the Prestige Car Wash in Melrose, Massachusetts. After the attendant guided my tires into the pulley system , I was not asked to leave my car, I paid the attendaent and my car was drawn into the washing cycle . At the mid-wash of this the pulley system seemed to fail and my car was shaken violently back and forth for what seemed like more than 15 seconds. Worst place ever . The soap didn’t even rinse off. Employees were terrible. The whole place should be torn down its so old .
They are cutting corners on the soup to wash your cars. They charge 7 dollars per 5 minutes and the foam brush barely releases foam. The looks to be in its end life with broken machines and trash everywhere
