Called at 9:00 to verify my appointment. They couldn't find it and left me on hold for ever . Called on my cell to let them know they had forgot about me and was still.on hold Was told to come in at 11, my appointment time anyway. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.
RecommendedI had no intentions on getting into a new car walking into Randy Wise yesterday, I was told to meet with Big Jim, Jim Johnson, & the dedication he put into my situation is FOREVER appreciated. He allowed me to leave with a new car, & a huge weight off my shoulders. Amazing guy to work with, I would recommend him to a new buyer old buyer, ANYONE. He will get you where you need to be. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. My Hyundai lease was purchased by Randy Wise and sold back to me As Is. the payout to the lease was close to $12,000. Reviewing paperwork, I will end up paying over $17,000 for a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. No lease was offered. I talked to Mark, Finance Manager, trying to get a better deal, “sorry, you signed the contract and there is no 3 day “Buyers Remorse”. Don’t shop there is my advice.

Worst place ever. My gf went to get her first oil change done on her car. She was asked if she wanted to do either of her air filters. She politely declined. 3 days later her car starts making a ticking noise. I pull down her blower motor to find puppy food in it, and in the air filter above the blower motor. We don't even own a puppy. Like wtf. Why the fuck woild they do that, just because she didnt wwnt new air filters at that time. Wow. Fuck Randy Wise Auto Mall. Go somewhere else. I promise you this is the worst place.
