Terrible. Tells you one thing and does another. Had full of times I have came nothing but problems. Even if you have a appointment for the morning, expect your whole day gone just for a oil change.
Wendy Hosea is someone I would not recommend going through. When we came to the dealership we asked if she had everything set up for when my boyfriend and I got there and of course it wasn’t. When things did get rolling and I told her what I was looking for in a vehicle it basically went through one ear and out the other.
