Sherri is awesome!!! I took my grandmothers Lincoln in for some maintenance and it was the best service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t even own a Lincoln or Hyundai but I think I’m going to come here anyways. She talked to me like a friend and made me feel very comfortable while I waited. In my experiences men seem to talk down to woman when it comes to cars and this was a very refreshing change.
Had a GREAT experience taking my car into service. Tim B. was very helpful explaining the details of my car, and taking care of the issues I had. Definitely would come back again!
I went here a couple weeks ago for a recall and I was very impressed with the service. Not only did I get my vehicle back quickly but Sherri was so pleasant to deal with. My biggest problem taking my car anywhere is bad customer service. Fortunately that isn’t the case here.
