Purchasing a car can be a nerve-wracking and frightening experience but Randy Wise Auto Mall and Jeff Gayari made this process anything but that. Jeff made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. I was able to purchase a car with more than I ever expected and within my budget. Every interaction I've had with Randy Wise Auto Mall has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend them and Jeff!
Took our navigator there to be fixed, was having an acceleration issue...charged us 400 bux for a P.C.V valve and hose that didn't fix the issue and when we picked it up it had an exhaust leak!!!! Told them about it before leaving the shop but they defuse to admit to any wrong doing...and they never even took it for a test drive to see if the P.C.v valve. Fixed our issue, which it didn't...Very incompetent so called Mechanics...We will Never go there again and you shouldn't either!!! Very dishonest !!!
Horrible!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO HERE. No morals by management or sales people. No courtesy shown to help someone, to even pick up a car or take him home a person trying to turn in a leased vehicle. A thousand thumbs down!!!👎

This place is the absolute worst car dealer in the state of Michigan. They have been giving my sister the run around about her car for well over 6 weeks now. They keep telling her nothing is wrong blah blah blah. After nearly 2 months she got it back. Not even one full day before it has to go back because they didn’t fix the problem the first time. If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst place in the world to buy a car. I have had nothing but problems with my Vehicle. I have it there every month and they have it for weeks at a time and always do nothing to it. I would have been better off going and getting another car from RPM. Terrible service and management. FINALLY after almost a year of nothing but problems with my car they are working with me and getting a new one. Brad Miller and Tae Manns are by far the best two people to work with in this building!
