I've been taking my car to this place for over 3 years now. After today, I will never go back. I made an appointment a week ago to get specific work done on my car and I was promised that service at that time. When I showed up, they told me they couldn't repair the car but they would charge me $110 to look at it. And that I would need to bring it back for a day or two. I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox and couldn’t have asked for a better team of people - GARY MOORE especially! They truly care about their customer’s and strive to get the very best deals possible. I couldn’t be happier! I’d rate Randy Wise a 10/5 but 5 is the highest option on Facebook.
We made our first purchase from their used car lot. We bought a “certified” pre-owned 2013 Lincoln. I was under the impression the car carried a warranty but we were wrong. The interest from their first in line finance company was way too high. Ally financial sucks. I went to our own credit union and saved 3%. The sales assistant was on the ball. The car was delivered with two chips in the window. We’ll see how they handle these issues. They are potentially a good lot.

Service at Randy Wise Auto Mall is amazing!!! Super friendly staff. Alyssa truly listened to all of our needs and helped find the best vehicle for us. This is the location we have purchased our last 3 cars from, with the experience we've had with our 4th purchase, we know this is where we will continue to come.

I recently bought a car here and was extremely impressed with the service I received from Eric T! Best car buying experience I've ever had. He was way too talk to, respectful, and most importantly not pushy! I have walked out of dealers when I start to feel pressured in the past.
Poor service and poor management. Disappointed in my whole experience with Randy wise. I purchased a car and have had nothing but issues since I purchased it. Asked to talk with Randy Wise personally and he has never called me back after multiple attempts. Kim and Jim tried to make things right but still has left me disappointed and will never shop here again.
