Deceptive advertising imho. If they lead you to believe you get a gap insurance refund for early pay off keep in mind they charge a CANCELLATION fee as well when paid off early and they refund nothing. Its not the money that is imprtant. Obviously they need the money more than we do but I find this an incredibly dishonest business practice. For a company who has been calling us repeatedly to buy from them again you would think they would be smarter than that!
Dont buy from these scam artists. They tell you to include a warranty for body damage but have no body shop to fix the damage anywhere near East Texas. Their customer service sucks. Go with someone else, anywhere else. Ive spent over 7k on payments and still owe 18k to them on a 20k car. Not worth it.
