got rip off in 2003 when bought a brand new ram 1500 the price was about 28000 i ended up paying 38000 they rip me off big time.
we were there today. the two sales members were 1. underdressed 2. rude. 3. overly pushy. there are no prices are used car you have to " look them up online" what the heck!?
Quoted $750 for 4 spark plugs and 2 coils. They said it was about half parts and half labor. I inquired further and was told it was 2 hours labor. (It's about a 10-15 minute job. 2- 10mm bolts for the coil and the spark plugs are standard.) Even assuming $150 an hour for labor that would be another $350 in parts for 4 spark plugs and 2 coils!
