The staff here is lazy, they don’t want to check your insurance coverage and expect you to do their job for them. Front desk lady asked me to check my insurance coverage when I got to the appointment time. I wasted my whole morning for her to tell me to call my insurance provider to verify coverage.

Dr. Wong and the staff are true professionals. Excellent experience every time I come in for my annual check ups and to pick up contacts. Contact orders always arrive before they are scheduled to arrive and I am promptly called as soon as they come in. A+ office, highly recommend

Update: It is extremely sad when you feel all they care about is money and their commission. There was a gentleman that didn't have insurance and he needed glasses, instead of asking his price range or what other options he had (like getting his prescription at Costco) it felt they were pushing him to buy a very expensive pair of glasses there. I've been seeing Dr. Wong for a couple decades. I have a certain eye condition that requires extra time for contact lens fittings and he's always given me the level of care that I expect. I've also tried a few other doctors in the area and either felt hurried or just did not get the same results that Dr. Wong delivers. He set's the bar for OC ophthalmologists.
