My visit was very pleasant. Everyone from the front reception all the way to the doctor himself was a very good experience. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. All were very professional and attentive to my needs. If I ever need to go back, I will not hesitate. I will also recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care. I did not use the physical therapy option since I didn't that but I'm very sure any experience with them will be just as good. I liked Dr. Risinger very much. Definitely a 5 star practice for my needs.
Dr. Risinger is a great doctor. He's honest and suggests PT if he thinks it will help. He doesn't rush into invasive procedures. I've been going to him for many years and have recommended him to my family members and friends.
Dr. Randy Risinger explains everything to me in detail. His bedside manner is the best of any doctor I've seen. I have the utmost trust and respect for him and have recommended him to others. He also repaired my husband's rotator cuff and after 10 months he is doing great! His staff is excellent and efficient. Appointments are on time.

My experience was positive beginning to end. Support staff is great-friendly, helpful & efficient. Never a long wait for an appt. Dr Risinger gave me all the information I needed before my surgery. I had a total shoulder replacement with no complications & he’s been patient & encouraging at every follow-up visit. 6 months out shoulder pain is gone ????
