I have been going to Dr. Risinger for 6 years. He is kind, compassionate, and listens. I never feel hurried. He has performed surgery on my wrist which had a brilliant outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend him highly.
I tore my left rotary cuff last March--no doubt about it. CRT scan showed a massive tear of the cuff and torn bicep to boot. A friend who previously had shoulder surgery referred me to Dr. Risinger. I hade been to one orthopedic Dr who suggested shoulder surgery right away. Dr. R said “no surgery “, rest the shoulder and it will continue to heal. He was kind and gave me all of the time I needed.
I called to make a new patient appointment with Dr. RISINGER, I explained my rare condition and they seemed eager to want to help. I found doctor Risinger to be extremely friendly, professional, informative, and extremely knowledgeable about my shoulder injury. I also found his ability to explain what was going on with my shoulder and to offer surgical alternatives to be not only refreshing but Exceptionally comforting and reassuring. Dr Risinger surgically repaired my shattered shoulder. Surgery went very well and I was in PT for 3 months. Dr. R saw me every 3 months to check on my progress to regain mobility. He was always kind, reassuring and encouraging to work hard with my exercises. I am very happy with my progress.
Dr Risinger is always thorough in answering questions and does a great job. Highly recommended.
