Dr. Risenger replaced both of my shoulders. He is the only surgeon I would go to. I have 100% function on my left shoulder which was replaced 2/2021. I had my right shoulder replaced 12/2021. The scarring is very faint. Neither of my shoulders were functional before my surgeries but now, I can do things I haven’t been able to do in years!
Dr Risinger is always very informative and listens well. I have had very good outcomes with him. He also has a wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Dr Risinger took the time to explain my mri results, extent of injury, surgical procedure, prognosis and follow-up care. He used sketches and models and answered my questions clearly. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and compassionate care. The surgery (massive rotator cuff tears) resulting from a fall was complex but successful. I am very grateful and recommend Dr Risinger without reservation. He is very experienced and thorough in his patient care. Five stars!
I had broken my kneecap and was transported to the hospital The Dr. who I did not know did surgery. A year later I noticed that my kneecap was moveable. I went to Dr. Risinger to fix my knee. He told me it took 3 hours to undo what the first Dr. had done. He explained everything he had done. He was a very calm and pleasant Dr who was thorough in his explanation to me.
I am extremely happy with the care I receiver from Dr Risinger. He never made me feel rushed during my appointments and explained all that I should expect from this shoulder surgery. His staff are all friendly and helpful.
I’m a sports medicine physician. However, prior to my surgery I did not know Dr Risinger personally.
