Responsible for the petty abandonment of lots along Lincoln Way in Campustown which used to be occupied by historic storefronts, all because they were stubborn and refused to compromise with the requirements the city put in place to relocate the driveway for a formerly proposed building. The owner of the corporation also has donated to controversial political figure Steve King.

I’m pretty stoked to be moving out of 2824 W St. after living here a year…I usually don’t leave reviews but you’ll find all reviews of Randall Corp on Google/Yelp are pretty accurate. You def get what u pay for (if ur frugal like me), however always had issues w/ Maintenance coming in un-announced, had to buy a special lock for my door as I was afraid of always being walked in on. They have been very accommodating to any maintenance needs, and very understanding. They keep there properties bug free and I have found myself recommending them to others. I had a major surgery and haven’t been able to work though it’s been a very rough patch they have been very Very very kind to me. I would highly suggest it. I’ve seen people say negative things about Patti here but I personally respect her a lot. I’m not sure if she owns the properties but I personally feel she does a great job to keep up with everything.

Charged my roommates and I $200 for 10 supposedly missing blinds from the house we rented. The house only had blinds on two windows to begin with (my roommates and I hung tapestries over the windows because of the lack of blinds). When asked about it they responded we should have wrote there were no blinds on the unit condition form, but the unit condition form contained many features not included in the house, figured blinds were no different.
