Everyone is very kind and friendly!
Doctor completely dismissed my concerns about my shoulder pain. Told me to go to physical therapy, despite me explaining that PT didn’t work in the past. Proceeded to lecture me about how he didn’t have an easy solution to my problem (even though he had no idea what was causing my pain because the X-ray came back normal) and treated me like a drug seeker.
I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander. The staff was friendly. Hope I don't have to go back but if I do I know I am in the right hands. Thanks for fixing my boken finger Dr. Alexander.
Dr Alexander, Does a great job evaluating the issue and offering solutions. His assistant for me today was Mark , and he did an a plus job in getting me ready for the doctor and making me feel comfortable.
