Smooth check in for new patient. Doctor was very knowledgeable.
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Alexander and wish I wpull have been under his care, soon after my injury. Professional, empathetic, patient and great communicator; are a few of his exceptional qualities. He afforded me the time to explain my injury and limitations, before sharing his diagnosis and a plan toward my recovery. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Alexander and GHSE, where patients truly come first. Thank you!
I was completely satisfied with my services from Dr. Alexander and his staff. They made my day. I would recommend Dr. Alexander to all my friends and colleagues.
Very skilled and explained everything clearly. He’s comfortable to work with and his office and staff were very professional.
I'm not sure why Dr. Alexander has such great reviews. My experience here was terrible. After an incredibly long wait time with endless delays, I was finally seen. I wasn't given a clear diagnosis. When I asked if we should do an MRI, he said no without explaining why. He said you can try PT and basically left it at that. When I called PT, they said I would receive a call back but never did. I'm still in pain and I would NOT recommend Dr. Alexander.
Dr. Alexander is very thorough and did an excellent job with my surgery. His office staff, nurses and all medical staff are efficient and friendly. It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door to when I left the office. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
I appreciated the detailed understanding of my situation and how it would apply to treatment options (surgical vs PT), as well as the explanations of the injury without overly technical jargon! I’ve seen one other doctor in this practice for a different injury, and am very satisfied with their expertise and professionalism
Dr Alexander is a brilliant surgeon! He recently did a distal biceps repair for me and my recovery has been swift. I had this surgery done by a different physician on my other arm several years ago and my pain post op was much greater and recovery took twice as long. I have been in healthcare for 30 years and trust me when I tell you Dr A is humble for a surgeon and has a great bedside manner. The office, surgery center, and physical therapy staff are all efficient, caring people.
He seems to care as well as helpful to me. I got quick appointments and dates for surgery for my Nerve pain.
