Dr. Troop is very professional, thorough, and personable. I felt like he took a good amount of time listening to me and evaluating my injury. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic sports related injury.
I do not recommend this doctor. I was greatly disappointing in the brevity of time that Dr. Troop actually spent with me. I got the impression that he had decided what to do before even speaking with me. I came to him for a second opinion after months of unsuccessful physical therapy for knee pain. I brought MRI images, but when I asked Dr. Troop about the images he refused to look at them. He gave me cortisone injections, and as an afterthought told me to quit my sport for 4-6 weeks.
